contract and reference letter requested

hi everyone, i have submitted an application for open work permit from outside to join my spouse. i receive a mail asking for my employment contract and reference but my fear is my job is a semi skilled job though is permanent but kind of curious what will happen.

You should do what CIC is asking you. If you don't provide the documents in the specified time, they'll reject your application.
