Hi,

does my work experience fullfil the continuity requirement:

4/2015 - 10/2015 (full time work)
11/2015 (I was out of work but I was applying again to renew the work)
12/2015 - 6/2015 (Full time work)

The total amount is 12 months of full time work in the same NOC for the same employer but would this be considered as a continuous work?

If you were out of work that would normally constitute a break in employment, which means it can't be considered continuous. But it depends on how your employer viewed the 'break when you ask your employer to write your employment reference letter, how will the employer represent your dates of employment?

Thanks for your reply Sir. The limit in employment is 6 months then it has to be renewed. Therefore, it was getting renewed throughout this period. would this still be considered continuous since i have compensated for this lost period?

CEC or FSW?

Getting compensated during the period would help to have it considered as continuous but I think, ultimately, it will come down to how your employer represents the employment dates in the work experience reference letter you will need as proof of the work experience. If they represent it in the letter as two distinct employment periods, it is unlikely that IRCC will count it as continuous...
