Continue Application - Finish it - Don't get any new information

Hi,

I got an ITA on 14th July. My application type is "Permanent Residency" and I completed my permanent residence application form and clicked on "save and exit". Again, I am landing on the main page. My questions:
1. How do I move forward from here? I don't see any option apart from "Continue application"
2. Many forums say I will get a personalized checklist but I didn't get any yet. For how long should I wait?

Really appreciate your time to look into this.

You have to click on Continue Application..then only you will see your personalised checklist

Yes, I did that already. But I only see a lot of questions related to travel history, work, etc. I don't see any checklist.
