Now i m in a lot of confusion i basically worked from sept 2011 to may 2013 in an organization but i took an authorized leave of 5 months from the company from june 2012 to nov 2012 and went to australia to look at the job market etc. I was permitted by my employer but i am confused does this count as continous even i have asked my general manager who is at real good terms with me that he will write a cover letter stating about the authorized leave,

Secondly what if i write that i didnt go to australia and i worked continously, how come canadaian immigration will know that i went to australia in dates from june 2012 to nov 2012. Do they ask for dates for the countries where i have lived for more than 6 months in the application and if u say you didnt then what happens, is it mentioned on the police check certificate that u get for that particular country or any other thing that the immigration people will have and can tell that i was lying about not going t o australia between the time period.

i went to australia again in may 2013 till january 2014 , now i will mention this travel for sure and i have rejoined the company again sincejanuary 2014 till now but this time when i went to australia in may 2013 i had left the company but now reemployed again in same company but different project

Help me out brothers dont be rude at the word lying as i am just confused and i gotta get a way out of it

You must tell CIC the exact truth. If you do not, you will be committing "misrepresentation". If it's too complicated to put on the form, add another sheet with the details on it, explaining the situation.
CIC will check... The entry stamps in your passport will show it anyway. If you attempt to get a replacement passport to hide the stamps, CIC will be very suspicious.

does cic really check stamps on the passport but basically we only send the passport after the visa is approved now how will the cic check the stamps. when i got my aussie visa i sent my passport later after my visa was approved.
is there any other way cic will know abt my australia visits.....

Also can i attach another letter with my experience letter saying that i was allowed to go on leave and was still employed in the company., will that give cic a positive impression..

What do u think is best way to go for me ?
