Conterfoil and POE

Urgent help. I got my passport request on 17th may 2023 and collected my passport on 2nd june. Since then, there is no any update on my gckey i.e counterfoil isn't updated and i haven't receive POE till now. I have raise weform almost 15 days ago but i haven't receive any mail from IRCC. In this case what should be done.

webforms may or may not be acknowledged
You can try calling iRCC
