1. The email ID from which you receive your test invite
2. By calling IRCC
3. By asking IRCC via webform
4. GCMS Notes
5. The email ID from which you receive your oath invite
@rajkamalmohanram How do to know the office that scheuled my oath with email ID, the ID email I got start with WST. I suspect it's a BC office since I transferred my file last and the time of the oath is indicated in PST time zone.

Mine clearly had the word "Mississauga" in it. May be there is a central office for BC applicants? Not sure. WST = West?

Do you know where can I see my "Seat #" for the Oath ceremony? It says that it need to be filled prior the ceremony but I don't see it in any attached documents or email.

You won't fill the seat number on the form. Seat# is only assigned by the IRCC administrator at the start of the ceremony. Seat# is basically a breakout room # that they assign to you so that IRCC officials can verify your IDs before you take oath and have you cut the PR card and sign the oath forms after the ceremony.

My office is Mississauga. If your office is different, then you might have to check with someone from your office who participated in oath ceremony recently to see if the same procedure applies.

It was the same today for me in Scarborough, so you are correct the room number you are invited is your seat #.

I know many of you guys have been scheduled for oath anywhere between 2 - 4 months from the current date and it'll be a while before you receive your oath email. If I were in that position, I'd be extremely curious to know what exactly is in the oath email - all of the instructions that'll help you prepare for the ceremony.

Hence, I have redacted all my personal and office-specific information from the oath letter and I have shared it below. Take a look. If you spot any sensitive (my personal information) or any other information that I might have accidentally left out without redaction, please let me know.

Please note that this letter was sent from Mississauga IRCC office. Other offices might have a slightly different format of the letter.

I have deliberately left out the "Oath or Affirmation of Citizenship" form because that form has been marked "Not for Public Release" and I can't (and won't) share that. So, please do not ask me for that form.

I hope we can use this thread to discuss about oath ceremonies in general rather than flooding unrelated threads with too many questions related to oath ceremonies.

I wish everyone all the very best!

Good luck!
