since i am having a delay with receing my oath letter..i mean a delay with over 8 months...I decided to contact my MP....can i do that over email only ? or does it have to do it by phone?
Also , how do I find out my MP?
thank you.
Are you sure you passed?amazing21 said:no i haven't passed the 35 months.......
its been only 25 monhts....but i took test may 2014 and no oath letter yet....
You applied with less than 1095 days (you were almost three months short). I expect your application is in queue to be seen by a judge. Anyone who applied with less than 1095 days should not be expecting normal processing times. I don't see any point in contacting your MP.amazing21 said:no i haven't passed the 35 months.......

The officer doesn't make the final determination of whether your application is accepted with under 1095 days or not - a judge does this. Having less than 1095 days guarantees you will be seeing a judge.amazing21 said:i passed........officer told me..
and one question..who told you I applied with less than 1095 physical days?
how do you think an MP can help you with this?amazing21 said:hi..

instead of relying on such random information why not rely on facts and common sense !amazing21 said:you guys are wrong....
when i spoke to the cic agent who did my interview after the test..she said that an officer would look at my file and would make the final decision..and the judge would sign off on that......people who have less than 900 days IS REQUIRED TO SEE A JUDGE..not my case.i had more than that...
she even said i dont believe you will have to see the judge for these reasons bla bla bla........
Hilarious ! what possessed you to ask suchtds69us said:Are you sure you passed?
relax and enjoy......you serious ?janoo said:Find out your MP with google name and office address and call and ask for
assistance. As you have applied less than the required number of days depend on
CIC what to do with your application accept/reject all depend on officer/judge.
Simple you have to wait for decision. Meantime order ATIP report you may get
some more inside information about your file and what going on... Good luck.
relax and enjoy......
