Contacting local CIC office

Hi, is there any way to contact the ottawa office at 200 catherine st other than letter? I dont see their phone number, email or fax numbers any where?

Any one with any experience of visiting local CIC office without appointment?

I missed my oath ceremony and have written letter but have not heard back from them, so anxious to confirm their received my letter. thanks

I don't think there is a way to contact them directly.
I know that the Montreal office, if you want to send them something, you hire a carrier that you hand him your letter and he will be able to drop it there for you (you can actually make an appointment with this private carrier even next to their door), but you, as a member of the public, you can not drop the envelope yourself !

Always better than Canada post if you want to be 100% sure they received your letter.

if you send letter better do it with register post with delivery confirmation so you have proof , better send another one with register pos t and delivery conformation
