I am currently in USA and I want to contact CIC using 1-888-242-2100 regarding my PR card. I cannot connect on this numbers when I am outside Canada. Anyone know how can I contact CIC Call Center Services when I am outside Canada? Please help because time is running out for me. Thank you very much.
