Contact for CIC regarding my citizenship application

Hi guys

I applied for citizenship application back in feb 2021. I have completed my test but my file went into background check again and they sent me a request for fringerprint

I'm in india and the canada visa office in india said they won't do biometrics for canadian citizenship application.

I want to write to CIC asking them to extend my date as I will be travelling to canada next year 2023.

Do you guys have a contact email when I reach them?

I tried "IRCC.ClientInformation-InformationsClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" but my mail delivery has failed to this ID

You can send them the query by Webform: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
or try and send email to CIC-VancouverCitize@cic.gc.ca (this is the email most FP request come from irrespective which city you are based in)
