I submitted my PR application at the beginning of Jul 2018, I have not received any reply from CIC, so can you please advise the specific number of CIC? I would like to call them to ask the status.

If you are in Canada, You can try giving them a call at 1-888-242-2100 but most of the time they are busy, so they wont be able to take your call.
I will suggest try contacting them using the form below, they will get back to your request.
