Yaxis took 50000inr and have refunded only 25000inr on failure of my skill assessment. They are also involved in a lot of forgeries. In my case for Australia immigration. they told me to submit my application as a software developer when my profile was that of a network engineer, when the Skilled migrant rules had changed. they openly tell u to submit wrong documents. At the max they provide u wit sample documents which i think u can find easily on google. Their services are really bad specially if ure applying from Mumbai. They hav their consultants located only in Hyderabad that too on rotating shifts so it is very difficult to contact them. When u pay an amount like 50000 u really expect a lot from them but they r hopeless… it's a waste of time to go for consultants like yaxis all they do is mak a fool out of u… please beware…

Hi People.

I am pretty new to this forum. I wanted your valuable opinion on whether I should avail the services of Y-Axis consultants for migrating to Quebec. Are they genuine? Or is it possible to go about on my own.?

Thanks,
Deepak.

I using the David Cohen and Co and personally I am glad I did, as I do not think that I would have got the application forms and the certificates gathered together and notarized etc without their help.
I know now that the new form for PR application is much simpler and provides drop down boxes etc to make it easier and so as you can't make mistakes.
If you can afford a lawyer, get one, if you feel confident and have the time, do it yourself.
It is a matter of personal choice.
I wish you every success deepe1978

Hi Deepak,

Welcome to this forum... As its completely your decision to go with consultant or not...I would like to recommend you one in Delhi who is a small, self working and having experienced in this line of more than 10 years. My case is also getting processed by him only.

Name - Deepak, Immigration abroad

Place- Delhi.

In my experience I didn't use a consultant and so far it was good. As someone mentioned before, all information is in the CIC website, there is nothing else that someone can tell you. I think a consultant may be helpful, but will be costly, doing for yourself will save you lots of money.

Hi friends by reading this forum I can come to know, processing to Canada PR is not tough.

This is the common question for new comers can I take consultant? Or can do my self? The answer is doing it your self by experts.

Why expert can do a nice Flow chart for this process? That can be easy for new comers , even you can attached a sample copy of each document , so that it will be crystal clear to fill application for new.

I see no reason why you need to hire someone to do anything for you. The procedure is a rather simple one and the CIC website is very clear and straight forward, the consultants you are going to pay go and read the exact website and interpret the information to you so whats the point. Personally the consultant are in it to make money. I submitted my application on my own and have no difficulties so far. If i have an issue i need to be queried ill send an email to the CIC and i will get a response. But everyone is different there are no gurantees that if you go with a consultant that you will get through anyway.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PROTECH!!! My experience: They sweet-talked me in to signing the agreement and paying the fees but once done, they changed colors and turned their back on me. Their customer service sucks. The same guy who called me atleast twice each day to get the agreement signed, now suddenly was too busy to respond. Not only that they actually hang up on clients when clients vent their frustration. All we needed was some answers to some of the things on forms and letter formats and stuff. MY ADVICE IS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
