That link did not have enough info. They mentioned that contact your local CHC website for further docs. You will have to send ielts score card, all original educational docs, original and old passports, proof of employment letter if you are working. check out this link.They haven't mentioned Affidavit, neither did they tell me to submit anything extra when they sent the letters for medical.

it is included in your sponsorship documents - they do not need to specify it separately. It is already understood that a sponsor will take an oath of furnishing all your expenses.

You do not need particularly an affidavit.Just a simple sponsorship letter attached with the bank statements would do it.If it was required they would have asked for it when sending the medical call.....

My father mentioned that I take responsibility for all the funding including staying, tuition everything that is necessary.Resident, his cell num everything was also included in the letter.

in common lingo it is called affidavit of support not sponsorship letter.

is there a good consultant that charge around 10000Rs in islamabad where i can go for help

My IELTS has expired after i got the admission from the university in july
Do i have to retake the test for Study permit ???

take contact details from yasir...he was getting a help from a consultant...just call the consultant and ask some general questions about their service and throw your a question in there...my ielts is expired , can i apply for visa on it?...u dont need to pay 10,000 rupees for this.

I have one problem with family tree.
My guardian(my father elder brother) sponsor person so i have to show free relation with him what certificate i need to prove.

One thing please be to your knowledge my grandfather B-form/NIC was not made as he died in 1974 at that time Nadra registration process was not started in Pakistan, so no B-Form my father have use when making his NIC. My father was also died 3yrs back.

my guardian,my father both have computerized NIC.

Please let me know what i can do i consult with a consultant he say have to bring family tree representation for file preparing for visa submission.
