consultant forgot to inform AIP

Hi guys,

My cuz applied for fall 2020 in july and after waiting till sept 15 deffered to winter.
Yesterday he got his gckey credentials from his consultant and found out he already got AiP on aug 27 for fall term but consultant was too lazy to check and inform.
Now his biometric is pending and he is not getting appointments for it.
Can anyone here advise if he can start his classes without final approval for winter term or he has to wait for confirmation on visa? will the period between start of study and visa be considered for pgwp?
and finally does he have any chances of refusal now?
non sds india 6(5.5) 2yr gap, applied for diploma after bachelors(60%).

Very strange... if you got AIP in your gckey, then you must have got an email as well about an update in the account, could have asked Agent to send you the screenshot.... Anyways, I think this is blessing in disguise for you.. as people who have got AIP are still struggling to get the PPR, despite having online classes and now don't know what to do with 2nd Sem... Anyways, AIP is only for Fall 2020 intake... Hope you have uploaded the differed LOA for winter intake... Wait for final decision don't start online classes... there is a lot of dilemma for refund policies... I think you would get Visa soon after Bio...may be in a day or two....

Ah.. I see.. don't worry dear... your file looks to be in good standing... Wish you best of luck.. soon with Bio you will get PPR...
