bascially it's for an admission in uof t,i know we can apply directly but it's a really long procedure and i have to guide smbdy from india to do it,so thought a consultant wud be really easier way...

Universities can be such bureaucracies that maybe doing the application themselves, will help them understand and get used to any future issues that may need to be dealt with at the institution.
