Yes, they have. The type is not for you to say. Just show up for the exam with your passport and pictures - they will give you proof that you had the exam that you upload with your application.

I cannot believe the bad information your consultant has been giving you. If you are serious about coming to Canada, I really think you should fire him and get control of your PR application yourself. He really could end up causing problems for you.

So i had my medical yesterday at Max New Delhi.

The doctor made me take 4-5 additional tests on knowing that I have a tattoo.

They gave me an e-medical copy having a UMI number. Worker and non-ede. Is it fine having a UMI number?

Yes its fine... this emedical form needs to be uploaded at time of submitting documents...
not sure about the extra tests though... as you said, might just be because of the tattoo..

But just ensure that the consultant uploads this form... they won't consider it complete otherwise...

That's alright. They probably ran Hepatitis test because of the tattoo and the infected needles issue.
