Some NOC were already capped but the consultancy/immigration lawyers would still take your money and process your papers and send that to cic and then receive it back because it's already capped. so i would say USELESS, they just do nothing but fill papers on your behalf and send them which you can do yourself and save money.

some people are ignorant on these stuff as they are not aware of the CIC website to obtain the informations so they just go to these people who facilitate their life and show them drems :v

Earlier the registered consultant was responsible for successful process if the score meets and if seats are available.
Now, the consultant doesn't have much hand, if they don't include procurement of Job Letter.
So if its assistance for application process 550 CAD including one time registration fees is good, even though its a bit excessive.
Earlier the costs where similar to racketeering.

Caution, this is illegal in Canada. Immigration consultants MUST be licensed by the government.

I tried one and end up explaining him about EE process. The info you find here in forum is much useful and satisfactory. But yes, if any consultant arrange you a offer letter with all formalities then do let me know also ;)
