Consultancy assured Arranged Employment

Dear Members,
I have recently approaced to an consultancy and they assured us the FSW program with arranged Employment. Initially I doubt with the add but when i approached them,they said fee is refundable for un-successful application. They search for job offer on my behalf via lawyer.Now, am in dilemma,whether I go for this add or wait till Jan 2013? But thers's no sure that FSW will resume on jan 2013...please, guide me.

You are basically buying an AEO. CHC is not stupid, in most cases they are refused. Over 75% in ND and Hong Kong for AEO applicants. Unlikely that you would get your money back.

Am from Nepal.
Purchasing AE ....may be refused on investigation but...Its like am searching for jobs, they apply for the jobs on my behalf.....would there b any problem if i get the job and lawyer will file for AEO at HRSDC and to CIC....
Now am verifying the successful candidate from that consultancy..am not fully convinced..still confused.....

If you can share more details someone may be able to help you. How much is the company charging you? This often gives a hint as to how legitimate they are. Have you ensured that the lawyer is approved? Will you be interviewed by the prospective employer? What skill level is the job to be? Have you performed this job for at least a year in the past three years? Do you have the required training?

After analyis and review iwth canada office and local office of consultant....I have known that...
There is a difference between purchasing an AEO and obtaining one. If you are not qualified to do a job, it is like purchasing an AEO.
By law employer will have to interview you to satisfy the fact that you are capable of performing the duties required by the job description.

And Lawyer will be summit Arora...KAN Immigration services...

Regarding me,I have completed Master level and 5years+ experince in Banking...& have brother in canada

Hi 11111,

I am from India and also trying for PR. With FSW process on hold till March’13, the only option my consultant is telling me in PNP wherein they will search a job in Canada and on receiving offer letter they will apply for PR.
Please suggest if this is the right thing to do? Are there any risks involved? What are the chances of getting job? How long it takes to get PR after getting a job offer?

Hi 1111,

I went through your post and saw how you managed to get the PR. Many congratulations.
I am also in the same situation as yours and a local consultant is offering arrange the LMIA (formally know as AER?). They will also use Mr Sumit Arora as the canadian lawyer who will help me search the job. Just want to know how was your experience and if you could guide me regarding this process over PM may be. I shall be really thankful.
