Not sure whether they are promoting but i guess they slowed down the process because of that.kkcat said:So that everyone rush to spend $1500
Unlikely, Ontario PNP and CIC are two separate government institutions. Ontario PNP is funded by the applicants of PNP, running under Ontario government. CIC is funded by the federal government.kkcat said:So that everyone rush to spend $1500
400 is not only the killer factor here. Setting Bachelors as minimum criteria is. I am sure about many PGWP holders who studied here for advanced diploma of 3 yrs but they have done only +2 from back home. So age wise they are getting full points in CRS too and some of them have more than 1 years of experience in CANADA.GARJ said:The OOPNP, like any other PN program, is not that easy to get, especially if you are from outside of Canada. So no conspiracy, specially considering it takes 3 months to get OOPNP. What's interesting is that they set the mark at 400, means they consider that score decent enough for PNP.
