I have completed Post Graduation course and for my WES credential assessment I have sent both my bachelor's and master's degree certificates. And i have received "bachelor's degree(three years)" for my bachelors and "Bachelor's Degree (four years)" for my master's certificates as assessment. which one should I consider?

Both . But remember while completing your profile , you can say masters for your masters degree but when it would ask you for Equivalency, you must enter 4 years bachelors. Do not get confused
So, in your case you will get points for 2 or more bachelors and not masters
(You will not see option to select 2 or more bachelors but when you will enter both credentials followed by its equivalency by WES, system will calculate your score)
