Consent form - GMCS notes

I know someone asked the same question within the last couple weeks but I can't find the thread and I never have too much luck with the search function. And I know there are the youtube videos, but I would prefer a written answer.


I'm the Canadian, sponsoring my partner.

Section A: my partner's info, the person who is being sponsored - correct?
Section B: Do I leave this blank or do I put my name here? We already have SA, we are just hoping for an update on our file from the Rome VO.
Section C: my info, since I'm the Canadian



So really, I'm just unsure if I should fill out section B or not.

Leave section B blank, that section applies to situations when both spouses are being sponsored (parents, grandparents) and one of the them is the principal applicant.

I successfully ordered notes twice now and left section B blank.
