Connection in Manitoba

Hi All,

I have been asked to establish a connection in Manitoba. How do I go about it as no one I know is residing in Manitoba. Although many of my relatives and friends are residing on PR in different provinces in Canada from past many years.

You need a known (relative first blood proffered) to submit their Medical Card or PR Card photocopy ! Manitoba has this standing requirement....they dont give PR without a relation ( even a GF would be suffice ).
