Hi , I am a bit confused if I can create my express entry profile and be in pool , following is my situation

Applied BC PNP under skills immigration, got nomination , uploaded all required documents , paid fees , now waiting for the process to finish - Submitted: 2020-06-27 , I am assuming it might take one more month to get a decision.
My questions is can I still go ahead and have an express entry profile and get in the pool or should I do it only after the PNP process is finished ? And how does it work after my pnp gets approved , how does the 600 points transfer to my exisiting express entry profile ?

Thank you , any advice would be helpful.

The Skills Immigration stream is not linked to Express Entry so you will apply for PR on paper, not through Express Entry with the 600 additional points.

I might have messed up big time on this, is there anyway i can change it to express entry bc , im under skills immigration/ international graduate , currently working under pgwp , if i go on papper based it will take 15 months - 19 months, my pgwp expires in 6 months, please advice.

Do you qualify for any Express Entry BC streams? You can apply for a bridging work permit so you can continue working after your PGWP expires while your PR application is processed.

i have express entry profile with cec conditions met with just 421 points , would it work if i withdraw skill immigration pnp after it gets approved and re apply under express entry BC as my occupation is under tech pilot and usually the processing times are fast for that .
