Do I need to fill all the forms. I am single and never been outside of my country?

Forms like additional dependents and travel history. Do I need to fill these too?

If yes in my case what should I fill there?
Is there anybody who can help me to fill the form?
I have confusion in many forms.

One of my previous employer is not ready to provide the experience letter with all the job roles listed. The standard answer they provide is as per the company's policies they would not provide anything except a relieving letter which can be considered as experience letter.

This relieving letter does not contain the main duties performed by me in each role. However it states my designation and the period during which I was employed with them.
I have most of the payslips and few(not all) appraisal letters. But none of them explain my main duties in my job role.

Some one please suggest what can be done in this case?

I spent more than 5 years of my career here and I'm counting on this experience so that I would reach up to eligibility cutoff i.e., 67 points.

I too have same problems with the official documents. My employer didn't mentioned my duties and work time ie. part/full time or hours of work like that.
what should be done in this case. Please someone help us.

I have the same issue. Does the additional dependents include parents and siblings.

I have a question about birth certificate.

I don't have birth certificate. But my 10th certificate has my mother name father name and DOB. I am born before 87.

Do I need birth certificate? it is not possible to get it?

Do I need an affidavit as an alternative or 10th certificate is enough?

You can get birth certificate easily, its a must for application. I am born in 1980 and I got one for me.

If don't have birth certificate then alternate option is 10th class certificate with parent name and parents affidavit regarding birth.

In some cases it worked with a proper reason that why can't you get one birth certificate and in some cases it didn't worked. Depends on CIC official handling your file. I will suggest to get one. My application delayed till now as I was getting corrections done in my children birth certificate.
