As long as you were not in a common-law relationship then, you won't have too many problems now.
Yes, but its still difficult for me. I dont know if id go for TRV or straight to conjugal sponsorship. I dont know where to start, to sum

Has your partner ever applied for a TRV to Canada? If they haven't, then you cannot prove there is an immigration barrier.

I'm curious.. You appear to be from the same country. Is this correct? If so, what is the barrier to becoming common-law, assuming that you don't broadcast the fact to the general public?
She was living in the philippines and im working in canada.

Hi,im jie anne.i just wanna know if we could pass the eligibility for conjugal sponsorship.im in a samesex relationship with my girlfriend in philippines for about 4 years now, since march 2014,i am a permanent residence now here in canada since 2016.i visited her in philippines march 2014,feb.2015 and dec.2017.we also have a joint bank account since 2015.and she is now residing in my home there since dec.2017 with my siblings.

And all the evidence i have now are:
-Joint bank accounts
-Photos
-Facebook conversation
-post screenshot on facebook
-Online remittance statement
-Reciept of the flowers i sent to her
-Plane tickets, boarding pass and passport stamps
-3 Letters from her friend, from my brother, and my cousin
-and a letter from lawyer attesting that we are unable to marry in phillipines
-bank statements

Question:
can i add the recently photos that taken december to january 2018?we dont have much photo from 2014 and 2015 with my family, but this year we have a bunch of photos was taken during my vacation,as stated in the list it should be existed atleast 12 months?
