I just meant I couldn't tell you exactly where I started because at the beginning I was kind of all over the place not knowing where to start. But just starting at the top of the checklist and dissecting each step as you work your way down is a good starting point.

An immigration consultant is a good option if you can afford it and don't feel confident that you can do a sufficient job.

I just want to thank you for patiently answering all of my concerns and questions. Its a huge help! This is a nerve wracking experience because for all i know conjugal sponsorship is pretty complex. I hope you can still answer my concerns if ever i have questions i dont understand on the form once we push the application. Again, thank you!

I have never seen folks applying conjugal in the way it was meant to be used; only rescued American applications from certain doom. Y'all are impressive and congrats for applying under the correct class - conjugal, as you have significant real barriers from being married or common-law. Wishing you all the best and happy times ahead.

Yes you qualify as long as you can’t get legally married where she is living.
