hello everyone...i'm gonna do soon medical and is anyone do medical in sarajevo or near like serbia or croatia...and do you know results of your medical right away or they just send that away..................

They just send the medical away. You won't know the results of your medical from an immigration standpoint right away.

hello.....i'm just wondering how they process applications for family class/conjugal partner/....now it's says 48 days..on cic..for step 1 but how they process that days..just working days or..just all days like saturday and sunday..........

It's 48 days, all days not just business days
And hopefully you have impendiment to marriage as I also applied as conjugal through Vienna and had all of the requirements but we were refused because there was no legal impendiment to marriage

yes we have impendiment for marriage in my country..and in canada we don't but i can't get in canada because i need visa...and if i applicate for visa i know that i'm gonna be refused// and maybe not..but long story short i don't have all requirments for sure//..so that's that barier......and i'm sorry for your case......

Are you from Bosnia...if you don't mind sharing what is your impendiment?

yes from bosnia.....and we can't get married....because same sex can't...

Me too...and you should be ok then under conjugal

well i think i should but god knows what they gonna say and ask..and look...maybe evidence we sent...maybe they could say isn't enough....you never know......and for your case..because you get rejection...what are you planing next......et married..or something

Could you go to one of the European countries that allows same-sex marriage? If so, that would be another option.

Currently that list is Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

A marriage certificate from one of those countries should also suffice for immigration purposes.

You always have to prove your relationship even if you have marriage certificate, it shouldn't be too hard if you have ongoing communications like phone bills or emails, proofs of visits, pictures

We appealed but got married anyways, now waiting for ADR
