There are people who have moved out of their comfort zone and have integrated well. You can't assume that only CEC candidates will integrate seamlessly. I have moved out of India, lived in the UK for over 7 years and now want to move on to other opportunities. There are many in the middle east who also want to move to Canada. Those who are opting for immigration very well know what is in store for them and what to expect. Immigration is not for the faint hearted. People are willing to move their whole lives to Canada to embrace the Canadian way of life and contribute to Canadian society and economy.

I didn't assume that ONLY CEC can have seamless integration, but ALL inland CEC applicants will have seamless integration. No doubt that many outland FSW are very capable and command very strong English skills, but on the other hand, there are also people who don't do much research and have a lot of trouble landing a job, due to the lack of technical skills or English skills. We even had threads where a whole family decided to move back to India after several months because they are not familiar with or don't want to get familiar with the Canadian way of life. Of course, that example is just an anecdote, but you can get my idea.

The decision of IRCC's to focus on CEC, instead of FSW is nothing personal, it's all about business and makes more economic sense.

Folks,

This debate is endless. Everyone has its own point of view. It is one and only one free world. IRCC does understand macro and micro of the immigration. They have broader to microscopic views of their immigration program and how they would like to run it. Outland, inland, students everything is taken into account. They want fair and reasonable people.

This thread is with the name of "congratulations". Lets not make a thread of argument to win over other.

Thank you and wish you all the good luck in your journey to Canada.

Congratulations AstralSource, I am really happy for you... Hope you live in Canada for long years... Canada needs good people like you:)

Cheers!
