its simple, you could have hired a good lawyer like cannadavisa.com . than you don't need to take anyone's help. At least they are professional people.
Its good Asivad has helped many but even a single mistake would spoil someone life.
Completely agree that one mistake could spoil someone's life. Which is why it is important to use one's judgment on who to seek advice from on an online forum and who to ignore. One way of doing that is by looking at their upvotes/downvotes (good/poor on this forum) to see how reliable they are based on anonymous ratings provided by other forum members over a period of time. Statistically speaking, higher positive differences indicate high reliability while higher negative differences indicate low reliability.

Thanks for bringing this up so that clarification could be put out there.

Well I have a supposedly good lawyer/consultant...one of the most reputed ones in India! But they have erred not just once but many times during the course of my application...they have failed to give adequate advice wen it comes to nitty gritty of the applications..Mine was not a straight forward one..it started last year in FSW 2014 with my husband as PA then this year I became PA...with difficulty in ECA, source of funds, PCC from a foreign country, and so many other small issues...Immigration lawyers/consultants no matter how good will not devote all their time on our application and have a cookie cutter approach to every thing (one size fits all!!) whereas on the forum people are speaking with personal experience and also give basis to their explanation. It is at the end of the day your own judgement...
But any day I can totally vouch for this fact that this forum and certain members on this forum, not just asivad have been way more helpful than any immigration lawyer could ever be..

Thank You! I'm truly humbled seeing all the support on this forum throughout the process - the kind commiserations shown for my refusal and now this joyous outpouring for my PPR - here's wishing everyone all deserved success with the process and elsewhere as well.

Life does throw a few curve balls oftentimes but it is important to continue to believe in yourself and spread cheer while you can. Karma takes care of the rest - what you give is what you get returned! :)
Well said :) . Like I already said, you deserved it! Deserved it big time and this is the least that can happen for all the help you have been extending :) . Happy for you! All the very best :) .

Plus, hey, pop the champagne because you are a freaking celebrity in the forum now. Next to the names of Leon, Lammawitch, Qorax and so on and so forth. :) . You earned yourself a celebrity status! You "earned" it and I'm sure it is extremely difficult to do :) . *pop*

Only a tree full of fruits get the stones.. The tree never feels for it . You throw the stone at the tree , in return it gives fruit .

Hi Asivad,
I need quick guidance on my issue.
I have applied SINP on 15-July , today I received ineligible mail from SINP due to non sufficient funds prior to 3 months of application submission.

On 18th of December I have applied again for SINP and which is in "IN PROCESS" now.
After submission 18 December application planned to withdraw 15 July application but unfortunately before withdrawal of first application I got ineligible communication from SINP.
1.Could you please suggest is there any issue with processing 2nd application due to 1st application ineligibility.
2. Do I need to communicate to SINP on 1st application ineligibility to avoid any issues with 2nd application processing.

Could any body guide on above concerns please.

Thank you very much for your efforts.
