i sent withdrawal request last Friday and received my file back today without any decision.
i am so happy.

As CHC Islamabad was closed on Monday due to Canada Day, so it took them only 4 days to send back your documents. This is quick.

i found that they do not touch some part of my file.
as my bank statement was in envelope.
