i wish to find asylum in canada, i'm congolese of brazzavile and live in Pointe-Noire Congo

indeed I am helpless, and in critical situation without resources to take charge

i call for help for help and shelter in canada

I have a higher degree in shipping in Ivoria Coast with almost a year of experience
My country dont have ships where i can work, so i want To find asylum in canada

I need help

You can not apply directly for asylum in Canada from your home country. You will either need to apply and be approved for a TRV and claim asylum IN Canada or move to a third country and apply for refugee status with the UNHCR.

This procedure will be did in my own country?

I cant go out of my country, moneyless i am!!!!!!!

To be approved, you will need to show that you have strong ties to your home country (e.g. job, property, assets) and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. You will also need to show that you have enough money in the bank to pay for your trip to Canada.

If you do not have very much money - then I think getting a TRV approved will be extremely difficult.

If you do manage to get a TRV approved, you will then have to buy a plane ticket to Canada and fly to Canada to claim asylum.
