Hi everyone,

I recently gave birth to my newborn, and I am currently applying for a super visa for my parents to visit us. My annual income alone does not meet LICO, but my husband's and mine combined will. In this case, I think my husband has to be a co-signer for the letter of invitation, and I also need to provide our marriage certificate to prove our relationship. My question is, should I put him in the "who is inviting you?" section too? In my understanding, only a child/grandchild can invite the parents, not a son-in-law. But when I only count myself as someone who is inviting my parents, there is nowhere in the document checklist to put our marriage certificate.

I am so confused. Any suggestion will be much appreciated.
