Hello,

I have some confusions regarding my file:
  1. I have near 2 years experiences in back home. But the time I am applying for EE, from those 2 years, 14 months goes expired and rest 10 months be counted which is not counting any points. Is there anyways how can I get that 1 year experience point?
  2. I have 2 years of job experiences (category B) in Canada in a restaurant which is legitimate. They paid all of my taxes, paycheque and everything ok.But its not restaurant like pizza hut, dominos and so on. But they are quite big chain. I am also going to be promoted soon as a manager there. The experiences what I got there will be counted as usual? And the job offer letter from them what i got can it be considered as job offer with 50 points?

Sincerely waiting for your kind response.

Regards,

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - Not at this point unless you move and work back home.
2 - They will be counted as long as they are truly skilled experiences (NOC 0, A or B). In regards to your other question what type of work permit are you currently holding? If it is an open work permit then you do not qualify for those 50 points.
