Please i just received my returned family sponsorship application because the amount paid was not enough. I have to pay the complete amount. can someone help me on how to receive my money i paid in the first application from cic? I don't know how to request for my refund.

Why would you want the money back as opposed to just paying the difference? You can pay it and put the two receipts together and send your package back.

go back to the website and pay the missing fee, print out the receipt, put it in the package with the other receipt and mail it back.

I have just gone to the website, it's like all the payments are for Temporal Residence applications. Please can someone give me the exact page to do the additional fees payment.

Pay the rest and send no need refund unless you want to cancel your application now. I suppose it's family class application...and the total depends on the number on the people you are sponsoring and their ages. This is how much you will pay if you are sponsoring a spouse without any child or any other dependant.
eg: $75 Per application + $475 Principal Applicant + $490 Right of Permanent Residence Fee = $1040

How much did you pay? and how many people are you sponsoring? the fees will be different if any of your family is under 19

I am sponsoring my wife and three(03) kids. I am a protected person. Please i wish to know the exact amount i will pay.
I paid $550 + $225 = $775. what is my balance if only i'm considered as a protected person.
I'm confused about the sponsoring fee of $75(Per Person) Does it mean i have to pay $75 * 4 persons?
As protected person do i need to pay the Right of permanent residence fee?
Please can someone help me with this issue? i'm so worried because i miss my wife and kids. I just have send the documents fast.

Then it will be
$550(yourself) + $550(your wife) + $450[your 3 kids(150x3=450)] = $1550. .(That's is what I got from CIC when I tried to pay as if we were in the same situation).
so your balance is $775, you need pay $775 again. Just attach the new receipt to the old receipt...that's it, it doesn't have to on one receipt.
If you are a protected person you not paying $75 of sponsorship, you are rather paying immigration fees. The only waived fees based on your immigration status of protected person is work permit fees( application is free and it is valid for 1 yr) but for permanent residence fees you have to pay.

Are you a PR already or are you applying for your PR and including your family in the application?

Uhhh!!, you previously said you are a protected person, if you are a PR then you are no longer a protected person, both of them are totally different....my question is how didn't you including your wife and kids in your PR application? when you are a protected person they process both applications at the same time.
Anyways forget what I said before, I thought you were a protected person, now it will be
sponsorship application $75+ Principal Applicant 475+ $450(3 kids)+ $490right of permanent residence=$ 1490-$775(you already paid)=$415

Now you need to pay $715
