I already applied for BC PNP and hopefully i will be nominated soon.
You are fine. As far as misrepresentation, ask yourself whether disclosing your foreign work experience could have resulted in denial of your student visa. Things that bring about a misrepresentation charge are those things that Canada considers important to your application, and that an applicant might withhold for fear of being rejected. They include things like a marriage that isn't real, the denial of prior visas or permits, a serious medical condition, or the existence of children, spouses, or relatives you might want to bring to Canada later but don't want to reveal currently.
That you worked for a year in another country can only help your application to Canada, not hurt it. You weren't required to disclose it, and mentioning it now is not going to result in a charge of misrepresentation.
Misrepresentation is not any fact that is different on different applications. The information has to be relevant to the decision-making process, and then there has to be reason to believe it was deliberately withheld - not as the result of a mistake or faulty memory - before it will be considered misrepresentation.
One thing that might happen, though, is that CIC might be very careful in confirming that the claimed experience is true, since it does qualify you for EE and yet you didn't mention it on your prior applications. CIC will know, and it may effect how they deal with that experience (they might want more evidence than a letter) but it really isn't a case for misrepresentation - unless they find out you didn't really have the work experience you are now reporting.
