Dear Friends

I am currently collecting documents to be uploaded after I received my ITA. However, I have following two confusions:

1. Do we need to get the copies of original documents notary attested and then upload OR simply scan the original documents and upload the same?

2. When I appeared in my language test (IELTS), my passport number was different which has been mentioned on my result sheet. Now I have renewed my passport which carries a new number. My new passport also has a section wherein my old passport number, date of issue and place of issue are mentioned.
Should I upload a scanned copy of new passport only or both old and new passports?

Please guide

Regards

1. You dont need to notarize teh docs.. simply scan the originals and upload it.
2. I have similar situation. I have scanned my old passport and written a loe and have uploaded it OPTIONAL DOCUMENT section.

Thanks a lot jkal.

However, can anyone else throw some light upon it as well?

Regards

After reading many posts, I have decided not to get my documents notarized if I receive an ITA.
Same is my advice for you.
