I'm not sure. You might be able to get a declaration from you employer that you were paid in cash, but that may not be enough.

Well, from what I understood - if a experience letter and letter of joining is provided as a proof it should be enough, right?

A reference letter alone should be enough.
But in theory, CIC can ask for any additional documents they like.

If you have another 9 months that will add up to an extra year, then yes.
If you only have 15 months, total, then no, don't bother.

Ok Thank you:) makes sense.

Yes. Work experience can be in multiple NOCs, as long as at least 1 year of your experience was in a single NOC.

Hi Istari,

Thanks so much for the reply. However I still have one question. The Comprehensive Ranking System Tool states the following -
How many years of skilled foreign work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation.

So since after my first job of 33 months, I pursued an MBA for 2 years and then again started working in a different role for a year, does it still count as 4 years ? (because as per above condition it isn't continuous 4 years)

i know I am being repetitive, however would really appreciate if you could clarify my doubt.

thanks

The question is very deceptive.
Members of this forum have proven through repeated success that only 1 year of your work experience must be continuous.
As long as that condition is met, all other work experience can be in multiple NOCs, and non-continuous.

Sorry I have another question. Can a full-time unpaid 3 months internship be counted in the work experience??

No, it must be paid.
