Confusion regarding updating profile

I have already submitted my application in CIC with my wife, and my CRS is 398.
Now if I remove my wife from my profile, my CRS jumps to 410.
Can I do that?
Can any one help us?

By removing your wife, if you mean lying about your marital status, No. That is called misrepresentation.

If you mean, terming spouse as 'non accompanying', yes. That is allowed but it will be a problem for you later because you wont be able to bring your wife over immediately after you get PR status and you will have to apply for spousal sponsorship which can take 12-24 months or longer.

No, we are not lying about relationship status.
but, if I go alone the crs will be 410 which will be beneficial for us, later on i will take her.

Hi, I created an Express Entry profile and it gave me 386 points. However I should have 408 points as I have a bachelors degree. I amended my application and now it says that I am not eligible. What should I do, please help.
