Hi All..
I have received my ITA and it currently says 71 days left to submit.. is this 71 days to submit including all documentation?? or to complete my form??

I have not received any checklist yet.. nor do I see an option to upload my docs ..

Also, do we need to send physical copies of the application ???

Thank you for your help!

You have 71 days to submit your application with all the required documents.

Once you fill all the forms, you will see your documents checklist.

Everything is online so need of physical copy.

71 days to submit with all documentation. Checklist will be generated once you complete all the form, and submit it. Your checklist is called personalized checklist as it is dependent on your FORM. Within that checklist you will have all the upload docs option.

No physical copies, only scanned docs.

Good luck and complete your Profile/FORM

Thank you both for your responses. +1 to you!

I have some more questions and it would be great if you could help me out here too:

Couple of questions about the Work experience (CRS: 451, ITA: received)

1.) My first company has shut all operations and doesnt exist anymore. What can I do in such a case? I have my appointment letter etc from that time .. will this help?

2.) My husband (secondary applicant) has mistakenly entered the wrong NOC code and the wrong company name.. (example: in 2010 he started working with company X and then in 2012 moved to company Y , his profile says he started working in 2010 with company Y ... company X is missing)

3.) Are all salary slips of all the companies we both have worked with required ?

4.) We both worked for my family business before we were married.. will this make us seem less genuine ?

Thank you for all your inputs !

Can you track someone who used to work with you in that company? If yes, try getting a letter from that person on a plain paper and get it notarized. That letter should include all the required information.

2.) My husband (secondary applicant) has mistakenly entered the wrong NOC code and the wrong company name.. (example: in 2010 he started working with company X and then in 2012 moved to company Y , his profile says he started working in 2010 with company Y ... company X is missing) Spouse's foreign work experience does not get any points. So you can change the information and explain it in LOE.

3.) Are all salary slips of all the companies we both have worked with required ? If your employment letter has salary mentioned, then you do not need salary slips.

4.) We both worked for my family business before we were married.. will this make us seem less genuine ? If you have all the required documents to back your claim, you should be fine.

Thank you for all your inputs !

Good luck!

Maverick has replied with plenty of valid information and there is nothing that I can add unless you have more confusions. For Q2. and Q3. I would strongly advise not to mention the work experience of your Husband. It is not going to give you any advantage whatsoever. Similarly, you won't need his salary letter etc. For yourself, the joining letter mentioning your salary will also be enough.

Good luck !

Couple of questions about the Work experience (CRS: 451, ITA: received)

1.) My first company has shut all operations and doesnt exist anymore. What can I do in such a case? I have my appointment letter etc from that time .. will this help? You have to find someone from your company to write you a Reference Letter/Notarized statement on your job duties, number of work hours and paycheck. He must leave his/her contact details.

2.) My husband (secondary applicant) has mistakenly entered the wrong NOC code and the wrong company name.. (example: in 2010 he started working with company X and then in 2012 moved to company Y , his profile says he started working in 2010 with company Y ... company X is missing) You can transfer this into his Personal history section and remove it from Work history - best option.. and explain it in LOE

3.) Are all salary slips of all the companies we both have worked with required ? Yes good to have them only for you since you are moving his experience in Personal history

4.) We both worked for my family business before we were married.. will this make us seem less genuine ? I dont think so

Thank you for all your inputs !

What is your CRS and FSW score? You can change the NOC provided your CRS does not drop below the cut-off for your round and that your fsw score remains more than 67/100.

@maverick28

Is it possible if my reference letter includes SOME responsibilities of NOC i chose but without a formal degree ?

For example: my designation was sales & marketing I chose the sales NOC but I have no degree to support this (as per whats the NOC requirement) I can get a letter for corresponding duties as per NOC.. after this I moved to HR (have degree, duties etc as per NOC requirement)

This is a mess :(

Your NOC has nothing to with your degree unless it is a profession where you need a license to practice.

The job responsibilities should match the duties associated with the NOC.

Thank you @maverick28 .. thats a relief!

One last question... in my husbands EE profile I mentioned he worked for company X in Saudi Arabia for 8 months ... however .. it was a business visa with a company in India ... his visa required him to exit saudi every 15 days

1.) will he need PCC for Saudi (He didnt stay there at a stretch for 6 months)
2.) Im unable to change the company name I mentioned in the EE profile .. is it ok if i mention that in my LOE ?
3.) In the Personal Background details will I have to upload his Business Visa Pic and mention every entry and exit made by him ?

Sorry Im being troublesome with all my questions !

1. As long as the total stay period is 6 months, he will need a PCC. He didn't stay at a stretch but CIC calculates total period, no matter in small chunks it is.

2. I didn't quite get what you mean by this !

3. In travel history you will mention all the trips including that 15 days exit from Saudi.

I would like to add to one of your precious query !! You said you have used NOC for HR professional for all 6 years, though you have worked as a sales person. This is not the right course of action unless your responsibilities in both designations were same (which I highly doubt). You will have to choose to different NOCs with 2 different job responsibilities backed up by letters from employer. OR you could just discard the previous one and use the HR professional NOC to claim all the points ( if it was 3 years or more in the same field).

Good luck !
