Confusion regarding cit 0002 citizenship form

I am confused with section 11 of cit 0002 form, which address should we put employers address or applicant residential address because the header says tell us the address to locate u . Can anyone please help me ?I will really appreciate any help

I think it is your work place addresses and contact info your Manager/Supervisor ,
For many people the physical work address may be different from employer address.
Residential addresses already covered in 10 a.
