Did u recheck ur spouses application for work permit ? what is ur spouses profession in ur home country? a spouse of a student cannot work in healthcare however they do get spousal work permit.if ur forms were filled right then there seems to be an error. can u recheck the "details of intended work in canada" section? did ur spouse select open work permit and N/A for everything else? and left the "live in caregiver program" blank?
do recheck the form u used. U can also reapply but remember the financial requirements for u and ur spouse should be met.
