Confusion , Pls Help Seniors

i going to apply for a study permit soon.

just wanna clarify one thing .i have just appeared for the final semester and the results are expected to come after 1 month.
My question is :--- Should i wait for the result to be declared ? OR I submit the application with a Certificate stating that Im a bonafide student of the
institution , i have completed the course and the previous semesters are cleared and the result of the final semester is yet to be declared ?

what should I do , to secure Myself ? OR the Right way ?

I think you should apply. They can provide conditional offer letter if you meet their academic requirements. I myself applied with the result of 7semesters and pending result of last semester..You should get prepared your RESULT PENDING CERTIFICATE from your institute .
By the way r u applying in some college or university because universities's deadlines are over for fall2014.

No i already gor unconditional LOA from college. Now wanna apply for the study permit .
im Talking abt the study permit if i apply without the last sem results????????

I dont know how u got ur unconditional offer with a pending result.
And I dont suggest u to apply for study permit with an incomplete profile.
