confusion in WES Report

Hi friends,
My friend received her wes re assessment report after WES received the diploma certificates from the university. (initially they didn't receive the certificates for diploma)
the following is the report

1. Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution

Credential: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery

Awarded by: Maharashtra Nursing Council, Mumbai
Institution Status: Recognized
Major/Specialization: Nursing and Midwifery
Canadian Equivalency: Three and one-half years of hospital study and training
Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential.


2. Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Post-Basic)
Year: 2014
Awarded by: Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka
Institution Status: Recognized
Major/Specialization: Nursing
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)


what should she has to put in EE profile? two or more degree/ diploma or , Bachelors degree??

I guess her diploma was what resulted in her Bachelor so it will only be Bachelor and not "Two or more", if she did another diploma or certificate after her Bachelor then that will be count as "Two or more"

Only Bachelor degree. Not 2 or more since it clearly says its not equivalent to a Canadian qualification.

Even if it was AFTER her bachelors, she wont be able to claim "Two or more" since ECA says its not equal to Canadian qualification.
