confusion in EE under arranged employment.

On cic website, it says that whoever got 600 points for arranged employment or provincial nomination will guarantee get ITA.
what if a person has arranged employment with lmia and have less than 1 year of work experience be eligible for processing in FSWP?

You have to qualify under one of these

• Federal Skilled Worker Program,
  Federal Skilled Trades Program, and
  Canadian Experience Class.

Dont consider one year as 365 Days. As per CIC definition. One year full time experience means 1560 Hrs. Is you work 40Hrs/Wk then 40 Week experience can be considered

Read this on CIC website

If your application is eligible to be processed, we will then assess it to see if your work experience, as described above, is valid.

Your work experience must be:

• at least one year (1560 hours), full-time or an equal amount in part-time,
  paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships, etc. do not count),
  in the same occupation, and
  within the last 10 years,
  at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC)

You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed. If you do not show that your experience meets the description in the NOC, we will refuse your application.

Wrong!! You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. (52 weeks x 30 = 1560 Hours)

im working as drywall installer NOC 7284 as arranged employment with LMIA. Am i gonna be eligible under FSWP ,once i have one year of working as drywall installer?? I started my job in oct.2014 with 40hrs/week.
