confusion in canadian experience class required document from employer

hello every one,

I am little bit confused as i am international student and i have complete my two years full time study from public funded college and now i got 3 years open work permit.And now i got a job in alberta in pizza store as a supervisor.

I got a job in pizza store as a supervisor but pizza store is just newly opened so will it be applicable for me to work for 1 year and file my aplication under CEC for permanent residency.(3 months before he opened a pizza store)

as the employer is paying 13.75 per hour and 40 hours per week

Is the pizza store will be fine as there are only 2 employees accepting me.(no website for pizza store)

what about the benefits as we require something or not.And who have to give that employeer or i have to do that.

I think the M stands for Mistake...lol...there are just 3 NOC Skill Types for eligible CEC skilled work experiences: 0, A, B

yup guya as i am doing in NOC category B as a food safety supervisor but the thing is about the employer busines as i am bit confused that his business is just new as he started 3 months before so can i work and be able to get 1 year experience and file my application

You state that there are only 2 other employees... as a Supervisor, your duties must include hiring, training, and supervising other staff, so it might be a bit of a stretch...

The CEC requirements do not include any specifications for the employer (other than self-employment experience is excluded). But if CEC is not convinced that the employment is legitimate, then you might have difficulties.
