Confusion .. help urgently

How can I overlaps my education details in question no 10. for exam: January 2005 to December 2005 I was doing BS in Computer Science in morning as well as did studied 4 months short course in Accounting in evening from January 2005 to April 2005. So how can I explain this??

Also pls let me know that on my short course accounting certificate my name is written "NAVAID AHMED" whereas, I do my spell "NAWAID AHMED", they used "V" instead of "W", so it could be a problem or should I give them explanation??

I leave the answer to your first question to some one else.

Regarding the name - spelling can be changed if the name is pronounced in same manner even by changing the letters. In the application forms CIC ask to write the names in "your native language" to ensure how the name is pronounced in his/her native place. So that I feel the letter used "V" or "W" does not create any problem.

nimmiboy, With your name you can make an affidavit with the Notary Republic, indicating that both the names are belong to you and there was a mistake in ----- name and the correct name is ----. If you contact the Notary, they know what to do. In future, each time you send your docs, you can send photocopy of this doc as well. No problem, I did the same and it is the only legal way.

You mean should I use 2 lines to describe both education ?? in Q. no. 10 ??
