Before worrying about the P.R, you should worry about getting the Student Visa. I don't think getting the Student Visa is easy. Have you applied for it?

Hahahha.... Bhai ko PR chahiye..... well, you are not the only one in the Boat for PR.

Trust me. Getting PR is your LEAST WORRYING Step. Whats the point of working in a Tim-Horton or Subway or bread factory even when you have PR. So, PR comes later....

First things first....

1. On a course of 1 year will give your PSWP (Post-Study Work Permit) of 1year.
2. During the tenure of your PSWP you will have find your FIELD JOB (if you are in Ontario). I mean if you done PG.Dip in International Business and working in Subway during the PSWP then forget about even extending your work permit.
3. Before you apply for PR during the tenure of your Work Permit, you should have

•have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply and
•meet or exceed the required language levels needed for your job in each language ability (speaking, reading, writing and listening). You must meet or exceed the language threshold of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for NOC 0 or A occupations, and CLB 5 for NOC B occupations.

So, first get familiarized with Student life in Canada then jump to PR rather getting BLIND

Yes, that's true.

So far in Saskatchewan and Alberta you only need 6 months experience in any field to apply for PR. However, that will be a Provincial PR only for the designed Province. You can not plan to settle/apply for Citizenship outside of that Province. I am not sure about other provinces though.

However, people are more attracted towards Ontario, as its a bit more "lively" then other places (No offence to people who live in other provinces/places/region/cities/towns). So once you are in Ontario (Toronto or any GTA Areas) you will not leave the province for sure as I have lots of friends who came back from Saskatchewan (Saying, its hell boring there (just a personal opinion though)...

So, choose your destination wisely.

Yes you can change your province while on PGWP and can work in Alberta and can also apply for PR from/within Alberta.
