Hello, a bit of background of mine:
  • I have one year of experience NOC 0 at my home country.
  • I have PGWP valid until 2023.
  • I have valid job offer for NOC 0 as well. (Managerial position)
  • I do not have LMIA from my employer
Am I qualified for FSW? If i am qualified, how should I answer the question about whether my employer is the same with my employer specified WP?

Please help me with this. Thank you.

You most likely qualify to submit an Express Entry profile. However you cannot claim 50 points for having a job offer. In order to claim the 50 points, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA.

Thank you for your response. So I know I met the minimum requirements for FSW but the question in the form confused me. My WP is a PGWP so obviously there is no specific employer. Should I just answer no for that question?

Yes - you should answer no. It's an open work permit.
