I was reading online about returning to Canada after overstaying, I wan't to go back in 1 year to visit my friends (I'm from the UK). I saw there are 3 types of removal order..
I overstayed by approx 4 months, a few days under because I didn't receive my visa in the mail, as soon as I contacted cic and found out I overstayed I left the country by myself, I didn't receive any of the 3 removal orders, however on the website it states under departure order that "you may return to Canada subject to normal examination at the port of entry" I didn't get this but I'm curious for the procedure of people returning to Canada having overstayed and received no removal order?
Does this mean I can come back to Canada sine I didn't even receive any of those orders? What will happen at the POE??
