confusing about my applicaton in canada..

helo everyone..

please help me,i applying in canada through agency in canada,and i already hired,my documents are already sent to them,they said that they are reviewing all my documents and after they will send it to canadian embassy inside in canada..so its that the procedure?but im here in saudi..it is possible to have a work permit by proccesing inside the canada?

Hi,

Temporary work permit applications should be process outside Canada for foreign workers/first time applicants. You normally have to apply for a work permit from outside Canada. I guess your agent is preparing for your papers/documents to be sent to canadian embassy but it should be submitted outside Canada, in your country of residence or your country of nationality. Try to call your agency in Canada about your application status. Ask them where they gonna send your papers.

thanks for the info,i think they will sent it here in saudi arabia..i have one question,if i have already a emplyer in canada and have already a contract,what is the next procedure of that? i mean here in the canadian embassy of saudi what is the procedure?it is true that if you have already emplyer in canada its 100% to get a visa? im afraid maybe they will deny me...

Hi,

You should also have LMO (Labour Market Opinion), once you have this you can lodge your application. Then your temporary work permit should be applied outside canada which is Saudi Arabia.

IM BACK I HAVE A CONCERN,IS THE EMBASSY WILL CALL THE CURRENT EMPLOYER? BECAUSE IN MY APPLICATION MY POSITION IM APPLYING IS ROOM ATTENDANT,BUT MY CURRENT POSITION NOW IN MY WORK IS CASHIER ALREADY BUT I WORKING AS A ROOM ATTENDANT IN ONE YEAR AND I HAVE ALREADY EXPERIENCE AS A ROOM ATTENDANT ALMOST 2YRS IN THE PHILS....IS THIS CAN BE AFFECTED FOR THE PROCCESING OF MY WORK PERMIT??
